Policy

• No children at the appointment.
• No mascara or eyeliner, and stop using eyelash serum 2 days before your lash appointment.
• No caffeine before your appointment.
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made 24–48 hours before your appointment to avoid a $25 fee.
• Lash fills should be maintained every 2–3 weeks. Lash extensions with less than 35% remaining will be considered a new set or will incur a $20 supply fee. The percentage of remaining extensions will be determined after the removal of outgrown lashes.
• If you pass the 3-week timeline for a refill: If you still have around 35% remaining after we remove the outgrown lashes (day 1–3), a refill may still be given. Anything less than that during this time will require an additional $20 supply fee or a new set.
• After 3.5 weeks, a new set will be required.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and a $25 no-show fee will apply.
• Foreign fill: If you qualify with 35–45% lashes remaining and the previous work was done correctly, the refill will be priced the same as a regular fill. Otherwise, a new set will be required.
